How We Work

The Staff: Our philosophy is to train the operators in such a way as to make them as autonomous as possible, it is a long and expensive but at the same time satisfactory both in terms of economic results but also on a human level.
We collaborate with ITIS in Pontedera, every year we host several young people in the alternating school/work project and we draw from the institute when needed.
The operator not only learns the basics (reading technical drawing, dimensional control, tools, clamping systems, general machining on the workshop machinery) but also becomes self-sufficient from the supply of raw material to the tooling of the machine (piece clamping, choice of tools and programming).
Periodically participates in updating courses both for software (cad/cam in primis) and on the varied world of tooling. At the same time we hold internal improvement and motivational meetings.
The corner of work: Our concept is to make available to the operator everything he needs without having to move from the station, this in addition to bringing benefits in economic terms allows our boys to focus on their work avoiding unnecessary sources of stress. Each corner has a generously sized bench where there are: digital caliber, box with all types of keys needed (torx ,hexagonal, etc.); a chest of drawers with everything you need; the tool cabinet and cabinet for clamping systems / equipment.
A targeted light source is installed above each workstation to prevent scratches and hidden burrs from escaping.
Last but not least is the very high speed rotary air pen for smooth, step-free deburring.

ISO-9001 : In existence since August 2018 is a dream come true. The company was already working with the concepts of certification from the beginning, so the efforts to get it have not been
But the benefits are seen above all because of the great amount of data that Today it is available for improvement objectives in the various sectors: commercial, purchasing, risk analysis, etc..
Worthy of attention is the "Cycle description and quality control" sheet created specifically for our needs. Once the part to be manufactured has been sorted in the workshop, the operator receives this document together with the technical drawing. At this point, in addition to the raw material and execution time data, the dimensions measured will be marked with various different symbols as the part takes shape.
