2018 was the year in which we started working with this new work tool by inserting the Mazak turning center with Iemca bar loader and the following year with the connection of the five axes DMG Mori.
Initially there was skepticism about the benefits that it could have brought in an artisan company like ours, however we changed our mind since this tool churns out data in a variety of ways.
We can cross-check the data and ascertain the production efficiency, check if the pieces are made in the estimated times, keep under control the serial production, statistics on downtime.
It's a long-term goal, but the digitalization of the company starts right here.
